The Master of Seacliff by Max Pierce rocks. It's a gothic type novel, so if you can't take a little bit of eye rolling (the men, they cry so pretty, heh) then don't pick it up, but I'm telling you -- if I could write a gothic slash story, I'd want it to be something like this ^___^. Now I need to go see what else he has written.

Now to go reread SMP, then see what mischief I can get into from there.

DNAngel - Book
So today I got some books in the mail. One of the was Oleander House by Ally Blue. Now I've read stuff by her before and was very meh. But this one I liked. It's a bit awkward, I think sometimes people who write contemp try too hard to make their chards sound normal and stuff, but no major major complaints. The book doesn't resolved, since it's only the first of what I assume is a series (I haven't looked for the others yet). For that I do give her mad, mad props. The one char is closeted and married, a premise that really leaves me cold but she does do it well -- and that they're not fucking like bunnies at the end please me muchly.

Definitely worth picking up. I'm glad I didn't give up on her entirely.

People have remarked before that I don't pimp myself and whatall. To be honest, I'm just too shy. I like staying in my own little corner and handing my stuffs over to whomever happens by.

So I never look for reviews or anything, and it freaked me out the one night Sarah did it (for some weird reason I can no longer remember).

But I am pointing out this review because I know Goblin busted her ass doing it, and it's truly humbling, and it makes me happy that someone considered Prisoner worth so much effort. The story has its flaws, all of which Goblin pointed out (unless someone thinks of something else, heh) ^__^ but it's dearer to me than any other. So here is Goblin's review of Prisoner
