Um. I am worthless at comfort. As per usual I can only offer writings, but if you want them to distract/cheer/whathaveyou - chps. 3 & 4 of cursed knight ^^;; I had meant to keep it all back, but man. Of late everyone seems so down.

It is supremely frustrating to want so badly to work on unfinished stuff, esp. when people keep asking for it -__- I tried all morning to work on the Treasure rewrite, then necromancer, then a fairytale...but it wasn't until I finally gave up and started on this that I actually really started writing. I fail *sigh*

But, this is a bit different than my usual stuff. What do the beloved masses think?

Okay, here's the thing. For every idea I mention, there's probably at least two I don't.

Sometimes, I'm just not up to dealing with them.

This one, however, would not be left entirely alone. It's been nagging at me for months. So, a compromise. I wrote a snippet, wholly out of order (you can tell where it should have started, and probably will eventually, but for now I crammed enough info into this scene so readers are not wholly lost -- and later I remember what I want to do).

And now I go to try and do what I should be working on, since I should really finish other stuff before starting new, and I really am trying this year to actually manage that.

Anyway, snippet. Not beta'ed, cause it's really not necessary at this point.

Probably a piece of crap, fair warning. B/t interuptions and tiredness and whatall else... I apologize if it does suck.
